Rebecca Lennon is a British artist based in London, and works in many artistic fields including performance, sound, music. She uses her voice and body to experiment with what she calls non-linear rythms. Linear rhythm refers to the visual characteristic flow of the individual line, whereas non-linear rhythm might refer to being more dependant on pattern.

Rebecca Lennon exhibits internationally, across contemporary art and experimental music platforms, radio and recently, publishing.
The way Lennon uses vocals in her work inspired me to experiment more using my own voice in my music. She creates dense layers and the final result is always so unique. There’s so many more possibilities through the use of the human voice compared to using an instrument or a synthesizer, for example.
